## Preserve first

Store the complete source, attribution, timestamp, decisive evidence, and content hash before resolution.

## Lock the rule

Define the category, evidence hierarchy, denominator, maturity condition, and abstentions before the outcome is known.

## Evidence resolves

Models may propose structured claims. Official outcomes and declared evidence—not model opinion—resolve them.

## Never repair silently

Corrections are additive. Ambiguity, exclusions, disputes, and coverage gaps remain visible in the record.

Sports capture and denominator

## Public, specific, locked before kickoff.

An eligible call names a side, total, or winner and comes from a declared public source surface. Vague leans, retrospective statements, ambiguous attribution, and calls published after kickoff are excluded. A missing pick is never scored as a loss.

## Call types stay separate

Straight-up, native winning-margin, observed against-the-spread, and totals use separate denominators and rankings.

## Winner + margin is not ATS

A caller predicts a winner and whole-point winning margin. A displayed market spread is context only.

## Eligibility is fixed

Ordinal rank requires 15 resolved eligible calls. Identities below that floor stay visible as provisional. Wilson sorts eligible records; it does not replace the floor.

## Fail closed

No usable closing line means exclusion from the applicable baseline denominator. Ambiguity never becomes an invented result.

## Correct side earns points. Precision earns more.

A wrong winner scores 0. A correct winner earns 50 base points plus up to 50 precision points. Exact margin scores 100; seven points off scores 75; fourteen points off scores 66.67.

Ranking · leaderboard-v5

## Evidence-adjusted performance—after eligibility.

Eligible records are ranked only within the same sport, category, season, slate, and visible provenance cohort. Straight-up and against-the-spread boards sort by the lower bound of the 95% Wilson confidence range, then resolved sample. This prevents a 1–0 record from outranking a deeply proven record. Winning-margin boards remain separate and sort by average accuracy points, then correct-winner rate.

The Wilson lower bound is the published sort key, never hidden. Closing-spread average and favorite-pick rate disclose selection difficulty but never affect rank. Season is the default competitive window; Career is the cumulative reputation view.

Corrections and disputes

## The original receipt remains. The review history grows.

Known coverage gaps stay visible. Anyone may report an issue without creating an account. A report opens an auditable record and never changes publication by itself; verified corrections are additive.

Kleory will separate what the record establishes, what it contradicts, what remains interpretation, and what evidence would settle the question. It will not act as a universal liar detector, infer private intent, or publish one unexplained person-level truth score.

### Atomic, attributable, resolvable claims.

Factual, numerical, attribution, document-characterization, and dated-prediction claims may qualify. Opinion, motive, rhetoric, and unsupported causal interpretation remain visible but non-scorable.

02 · Evidence contract

### Freeze the rule before the verdict.

Preserve the complete source, author, publisher, publication and update times, revisions, context, and content hash. Declare the evidence hierarchy and abstention states before resolution.

03 · Resolution states

### Certainty is earned—or withheld.

Supported, contradicted, pending, needs definition, insufficient evidence, unresolved, non-scorable, disputed, and superseded. “Mixed” is not a shortcut for failing to separate claims.

04 · Portable accountability

### The record follows the work.

A reporter keeps one career ledger. A publisher receives only receipts produced during the dated affiliation. Corrections attach to the original and correction speed remains visible.
